  25. Maybe where you are located you've only had it for a couple of years but
  26. here in New Jersey we've had it for well more than 5 years. In fact I
  27. believe NJ Bell/Bell Atlantic was the first ones to offer it in the US.

  42. There's two solutions to Caller ID blocking. There is usually
  43. BBS-specific software available to not allow people that block their
  44. Caller ID on to your system and then there is the phone company's
  45. Anonymous Call Rejection (*77 in my area) which will reject all blocked
  46. calls before the phone even rings.
